Ts. Ir. Mohd Nassurudden is an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering consultant with over 18 years of professional expertise across construction, infrastructure, marine, manufacturing, government, and commercial sectors. He currently serves as Operations Director & Board Member at RHA Consulting Engineers Sdn. Bhd., leading strategic operations, project delivery, and a team of engineers using BIM, Revit MEP, and ISO 9001 frameworks.
He holds a Master’s in Project Management (USM) and is pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership & Knowledge Management (USM). His qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (UTM) and multiple professional certificates in TQM, OSH, wireless communication, and financial management.
Professionally, he is registered as a Professional Engineer (BEM), ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, Professional Technologist (MBOT), and corporate member of IEM and MySET. He also serves as a certified trainer and has mentored numerous candidates for BEM and MBOT professional assessments.
His career spans key leadership roles, including Project Director, Senior Project Engineer, and PMC Consultant, delivering large-scale projects such as flood mitigation systems, hydromechanical upgrades, electrified double-track rail projects, shipbuilding (OPV, chemical tankers, offshore vessels), commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, and government infrastructure.
